Triangles

This collection of triangles offers a new selection of timbres. Also, opens a door to explore further technical possibilities that will help to approach passages in a different way. There are three families of triangles, each one can be found in at least in two different materials: steel, brass and bronze. Each family has three different models that differs only in size.

Curve

Design: a ‘roll zone’ has been created in order to offer an alternative option when a handheld roll is used. Also, it gives the advantage for playing delicate rhythms in a horizontal position rather than in an angle.

Sound

Steel: It has a clean attack, great for neat and rhythmical passages. The decay is shorter than the brass and bronze. This alloy also allows a wide range of dynamics in any size of triangle

Brass: softer attack with a long decay. Rich in overtones, this sensitive alloy also helps to get a much softer attack, or diffused sound in softer dynamics.

Measurements

Steel: 9 inches, 7.8 inches and 6.7 inches. All in 12 mm thickness.

Brass: 9 inches, 7.8 inches and 6.7 inches. All in 9.5 mm thickness.

Isos

Design: these are isosceles triangles. 2 different angles make this model unique. It means it offers not only a rich catalogue of colours but also new technical approaches.

Sound

Steel: It has a clean attack, great for neat and rhythmical passages. The decay is shorter than the brass and bronze. This alloy also allows a wide range of dynamics in any size of triangle.

Bronze: softer attack with a long decay. Rich in overtones, this sensitive alloy also helps to get a much softer attack, or diffused sound in softer dynamics.

Measurements

Steel: 9 inches, 7.8 inches and 6.7 inches. All in 12 mm thickness.

Bronze: 9 inches, 7.8 inches and 6.7 inches. All in 9.5 mm thickness.

Scal

Sound

Steel: It has a clean attack, great for neat and rhythmical passages. The decay is shorter than the brass and bronze. This alloy also allows a wide range of dynamics in any size of triangle.

Brass: softer attack with a long decay. Rich in overtones, this sensitive alloy also helps to get a much softer attack, or diffused sound in softer dynamics.

Measurements

Steel: 4.6 inches and 3.5 inches. All in 12 mm thickness.

Brass: 4.6 inches and 3.5 inches. All in 9.5 mm thickness.
